To make a purchase from Theme Box Co, you must acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement, and any rules and policies that may be published from time to time by the Theme Box Company.

Payment Terms:-

All orders are to be prepaid via direct deposit. Credit is extended for (7) days only. All purchases remain the property of Theme Box Company until paid in full. Credit Cards- Payment can be made with MasterCard or Visa and requires the card number, name and/or company imprinted on the card, expiration date and billing address.

Shipping Information:-

Approved orders are shipped within 24 hours.   Approved orders processed during the holiday peak season will ship within 48 hours. The customer is responsible for freight, handling and any applicable charges.

Claims:-

All merchandise is inspected before shipping. The purchaser must file any claims for goods damaged in transit with the carrier.

Any alleged discrepancy in relation to anything purchased from the Theme Box Company must be notified to Customer Service within 24 hours of being delivered.   Theme Box Company will investigate such discrepancies but reserves the right to be the final arbiter in the event of any disputes.

Product Returns:-

Theme Box Co does not exchange merchandise. No refund policy, please choose carefully as Theme Box Co does not accept returns.

Minimum Order:-

Theme Box Co requires all orders to meet a minimum of $50.00.   Any order below the $50.00 minimum will be charged a $5.00 service fee.

Special Orders:-

If Theme Box Company is required to order in large amounts of a particular theme from the Manufacturer then payment is required from the client prior to shipment leaving the Manufacturer. No refund will be given on cancellations of Special Orders after they are dispatched from the Manufacturer.

Free Samples:-

It is a policy of Theme Box Company not to hand out Free Samples.

G.S.T.:-

All sales are subject to Goods and Services Tax.
